Job Summary Altice USA is aleading provider of Mobile, Broadband (DOCSIS, Fiber) and Videoservices in the United States for Business and ResidentialCustomers. The Product Development organization is responsible forthe technology enablement and development of these technologies forour customers along with the tools used by our teams to supportthem. The Manager, Product Management of Customer Applications willjoin a rapidly growing Product Operations organization focused ondelivering exceptional customer experiences through optimization ofour product quality and operational processes. A successfulcandidate will ensure processes and technologies are efficient,data-driven and aligned with the organizations strategic goals byfostering collaboration, data visibility, improving processes andfocusing on overall product quality. Responsibilities Enableexceptional customer experiences for our customer facing mobileapplications. Collect, manage and analyze data related to productperformance and customer feedback for customer facing mobileapplications such as the MyOptimum application. Create and maintaindetailed documentation for processes procedures and productinformation Develop, track and improve KPIs measuring productsuccess and operational efficiency. Identify and implementimprovements to streamline product management and development.
Identify and implement improvements to improve customercommunication and reduce contact rates. Establish a feedback loopwith internal/external stakeholders to drive continuousimprovement. Ensure rigorous testing and validation processes tomaintain high product quality and reliability. Plan and executeproduct launches, ensuring seamless coordination with all relevantteams. Introduce capabilities to do effective A/B testing ofreleases across test populations. Develop and enforce standardizedprocedures and best practices for product launches Identifypotential risks in product operations and develop mitigationstrategies. Provide training and support to team members on bestpractices, tools and processes. Leverage and manage tools andtechnology to enhance product operations and collaboration Provideregular updates to stakeholders on product operations, performanceand strategic initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree incomputer science, engineering, information technology or relatedfields Minimum seven to ten years of experience in the ProductManagement, Product Development or Engineering Background inquality assurance or testing and validation processes Experienceconducting user testing and gathering feedback to improve the userexperience. Techniques for usability testing, A/B testing andanalyzing user behavior Experience with iOS and Android developmentprocesses and application ecosystems Knowledge of mobileapplication architectures and how mobile apps are structuredFamiliar with submission and update processes for Apple App Storeand Google Play Store Understanding of backend technologies andcloud service (Google Cloud) Knowledge of mobile applicationsecurity best practices, data encryption, and authenticationAbility to collaborate with designers, engineers and developers toprovide an intuitive user experience Ability to create and maintaincomprehensive technical documentation Proficiency in documentingprocesses, workflows and best practices to promote knowledgesharing Experience using debugging tools and techniques foridentifying and resolving issues in mobile apps Experience with keymobile application quality and engagement metrics Proficiency indata analysis and interpretation leveraging tools like Tableau orPower BI Experience with product delivery tools like Jira andConfluence Demonstrated experience solving performance and dataissues by applying experience/knowledge Knowledge of scripting orautomation tools can be an asset Proven verbal and writtencommunication skills to interact effectively with cross-functionalteams At Optimum, were fueled by our four core pillars: TakingOwnership, Upholding Transparency, Creating Community, andDemonstrating Expertise. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position inthe posted location is $123,379.00 – $202,694.00 / year. Therate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time ofhire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
