As a Manager in Application Systems Engineering, you will be at the forefront of defining user and customer requirements, focusing on user interface development across diverse platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in engineering software components and services that ensure seamless communication within the system architecture.

• As a vital member of our team, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects, with a strong focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Your role will encompass:

+ Ensuring billability through chargeable work to external clients.+ Leading workstream delivery with strategic oversight.+ Managing project status and overseeing deliverable completion.+ Traveling as required by client engagements.+ Actively participating in client sessions and leading workstreams from planning to execution.+ Identifying additional service opportunities to drive sales.+ Leading specific RFP responses and managing engagement economics.+ Executing resource planning within budget constraints.

• To qualify for the role, you must have
• + A 4-year bachelor’s degree is required+ 4
• 6 years of relevant experience in ABAP development and SAP programming.

+ Strong expertise in ABAP programming language, including object-oriented programming and modularization techniques.+ Experience in developing and enhancing SAP applications using ABAP, including reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements.+ Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP back-end services.+ Familiarity with SAP HANA and experience in developing native HANA applications using ABAP.+ Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP

S/4HANA, SAP ECC

) and their integration with ABAP solutions.+ Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs and database queries.+ Strong understanding of data dictionary objects, including tables, views, and data elements.+ Experience with SAP Web Services and OData services for integrating ABAP applications with other systems.+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in ABAP development.+ Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling concepts as they relate to ABAP.+ Strong experience in debugging and troubleshooting ABAP programs and related issues.+ Familiarity wi
