Our software is the doctor’s one-stop platform for all value-based programs (quality, HCCs, population health, CCM and more) as well as practice operations and finances. Summary We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role will be a critical part of the team, serving as the voice of the customer using our software and will manage DevOps so the software development team knows what is expected and the timeframe, whether they are working on new product development or bugs/fixes. Previous experience serving as scrum master is a plus. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver healthcare solutions that align with our mission. Utilize Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to manage project workflows effectively. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet the needs of independent physicians. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, writing BRDs. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to leadership. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by integrating feedback into future projects. Qualifications Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the healthcare sector Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Excel for tracking progress and reporting. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships. Technical writing skills a must Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving Experience with user acceptance testing processes preferred. $92,000.00 – $132,000.00 per year
