Key Requirements:
15-18 years of consulting experience in Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing Strong domain knowledge and hands-on project delivery Prior experience from Cognizant (CBS), Wipro, Infosys or similar Titles to look for: Managing Consultant or Consulting Manager (not Management Consultant) Excellent client engagement and leadership skills Strong in digital transformation , omnichannel strategies , and operational efficiency
Preferred:
Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, AI, Cloud (AWS) platforms Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Role Overview:
The Consulting Manager will lead strategic consulting initiatives, discovery sessions, and cross-functional project execution. This is not a sales or P&L role, but the candidate should be able to shape opportunities and influence business growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead client discovery sessions and roadmap planning Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders Oversee delivery, working closely with engineering/product teams Collaborate with sales teams to align on business needs Contribute to thought leadership and industry insights Stay current with trends in retail, merchandising, store ops, supply chain, and digital
