Contract Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Coordinate meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Monitor progress and provide regular status updates.
Ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery.

Skills Required:

5-7 years in the broadcast/media industry as an Installation Lead or Project Supervisor.
Proficient in the implementation of large-scale professional media systems.
Highly organized and adaptable to project schedule changes.
Ability to read/interpret all forms of systems documentation.
Experienced with contemporary cable and connector types and fabrication methods.
Familiar with commercial building trades and their role in media system installs.

Additional Role Details:

Manage the Implementation phase of the project for a Media and Broadcast client.
Interface between our client’s engineering team and a 3rd party installation crew.
Develop hardware and material requirements based on construction release documents.
Manage on-site implementation team with all installation-related tasks.
Provide regular client interface while on-site.

Additional Skills:

Team Lead experience.
ROM Estimation.
Quality Assurance.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and other contemporary tools.
