Drive the enhancement of financial business and contribute to overall operational efficiency. Work closely with clients in the financial sector to manage conversations, capture business needs, and translate them into actionable requirements. Strengthen the company’s financial business through strategic initiatives and proactive leadership. Oversee day-to-day business operations, including budget management, resource allocation, sales activities, project proposal development, and global strategy planning.

Lead end-to-end project management:

create clear WBS (Work Breakdown Structures), monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to key stakeholders. Manage and lead 10~20 members to complete the projects and operation Other duties as assigned Japanese /

English Bilingual Business Strategy & IT Project Manager Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial business. Experience in web application development Must be able to speak in business level or above Japanese language Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong analytical skills for requirements analysis and troubleshooting. Relevant certifications in project management in Banking. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
