DESCRIPTION

Join our team working on security and responsible AI for Amazon! As a Technical Program Manager in AWS Compliance & Security Assurance, you’ll lead strategic efforts in building innovative solutions for addressing responsible AI development across Amazon. You’ll work with security engineers and other security experts to deliver innovative solutions at a massive scale. Our services help protect Amazon for all customers, preserving our customers’ trust in us. You will get to use the full power and breadth of Amazon technologies to build solutions that proactively protect our customers. Candidates are expected to have a track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-moving environment. We need someone who’s comfortable building solutions, delivering results, and leading by example. The team’s services operate at a large scale and on critical workloads, so good security judgement and a passion and discipline for operational excellence are key. Key job responsibilities This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with responsibility across all of Amazon. You will have the opportunity to lead strategies to build solutions that are appropriate to meet security and responsible AI expectations at scale. You will work directly with AWS service teams, security operations, and infrastructure teams to continually identify, refine, and develop new ideas and opportunities for improving Amazon’s security and responsible AI posture. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of technical product or program management experience 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership 5+ years of technical privacy experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of privacy engineering principles, data protection regulations (such as

GDPR, CCPA

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
