Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Program Manager within our team. Key Responsibilities:
Work with BU to map relevant Asset Management knowledge to the applicable Knowledge Management Programs that exists to ensure alignment with
ISO 55001 7.7
requirement. Identify curated content collections of internal knowledge around key issues, frequently requested or strategic content areas, to identify gaps/needs. Assist in the development of recommendations for KM programs on the IT environment and business requirements, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to creating and maintaining taxonomies and controlled vocabularies. Monitor progress to ensure that the milestones are being met across the various projects and programs. Manage the risks and issues that arise during the program cycle as well as take measures to correct them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years relevant work experience in project/program management. This role requires proficiency in AI, strong program management experience, and skills in managing electronic knowledge repositories, intranets, collaborative tools, and taxonomy. Demonstrate proven project management skills adaptable to changing conditions. Recommend on the design, implementation, and enhancement of core KM approaches to support critical knowledge flow within and across the business and knowledge domains. Strong experience as project or program manager of large and complex projects or programs. Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies. Strong leadership and time management skills. Ability to think strategically, to proactively understand stakeholder needs, and to provide solutions to overcome obstacles. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience delivering engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leveraging ML and/or AI technologies for knowledge creation and gap analysis, as well as a strong understanding of content management and content strategy principles, is preferred. The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the hourly range is $51.00 – $61.00.
