Hybrid candidates preferred – Tues/Weds/Thurs in Malvern, PA (open to remote for the right fit, but will not be eligible for conversion to FTE)
Job Type:
W2 Hourly Contract (starts on 6-month term, extension based on performance and ongoing business needs, no term limits)
Compensation Range:
$50-64/hrWe’re seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Project Manager (Corporate Web Platform) to join our financial services client’s Corporate Communications team. This role is crucial for managing corporate website initiatives and advancing integrated Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You’ll bridge the gap between IT and marketing, driving projects from conception through flawless execution and delivery.

Responsibilities:
Lead Project Management:
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans for digital initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and significant business and IT impact.
Be a
MarTech Expert:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the corporate website and its integrated Adobe MarTech stack, with a particular emphasis on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Strategically Prioritize:
Facilitate the prioritization of work across various needs, including OKRs, business goals, and IT objectives, while ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Drive Collaboration:
Partner strategically with cross-functional teams (design, content, editorial, IT) to advise on potential vulnerabilities, modernization efforts, capacity management, and ensure project deadlines are met.
Ensure Flawless Execution:
Implement and maintain project plans in alignment with internal workflows to enable seamless execution and delivery of expected outcomes.
Manage Risk & Issues:
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, communicating solutions and obtaining buy-in from management and stakeholders.
Oversee Change Management:
Own change management activities for the implementation and rollout of new marketing technology tools, site pages, and capabilities.
Build Relationships:
Foster strong communication and build effective relationships with both internal and external project stakeholders, influencing key decisions.
Monitor Performance:
Track and report on business value, delivered outcomes, and key site metrics to ensure projects align with strategic goals.
Drive Tech Stack Maturity:
Actively contribute to advancing the AEM tech stack, including the adoption of new capabilities like an enterprise PDF component.
Specifically, you will provide critical project management support for initiatives such as: Migrating a high-profile “Mega Trends” microsite to the corporate platform, transitioning it into an evergreen resource.
Developing and launching a dedicated landing page for an upcoming Joe Davis Podcast Series.
Implementing advanced AEM features, including an enterprise PDF component for enhanced content delivery and reporting.
Laying the foundational groundwork for future Web SDK and Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, preferably within a large enterprise environment.5+ years of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience. This includes understanding AEM capabilities and being able to guide content authors on what’s possible within the platform.
Technical Acumen:
Solid technical project management skills, with the ability to understand and coordinate complex technical requirements.
Communication:
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and transparency skills, with a track record of effectively informing and engaging all levels of stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:
A proactive approach to identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions.
Collaboration:
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence key decisions.
Financial services experience is a plus.
