Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing, directing, and overseeing project-based work for our clients. The Project Manager is a key influence in building and growing client relationships, reporting status to the Client Engagement Manager and ensuring projects are completed successfully. The Project Manager leads project teams and exhibits a high degree of initiative in resolving problems encountered during projects and presenting solutions to the client.

Essential Responsibilities:

Proactively lead assigned projects and project staff by creating appropriate project plans and documentation Manage and control a project plan, budget, manage risks/issues, and coordinate resources from project start to finish Work collaboratively with project teams to develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents Lead business analysts and business analysis activities by working with functional and technical stakeholders to support the functional systems, data integrations, data validation, data cleansing, testing and overall integration of data into client systems Organize and facilitate stakeholder requirement sessions for IT projects Demonstrate the ability to document, define, analyze, and translate functional and technical business requirements Translate business needs into requirements specifications and clearly communicate requirements to both the business and technical stakeholders Effectively prepare for, analyze, and control changes on a project Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical team members throughout and across projects Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management Provide regular project updates to client stakeholders and the Client Engagement Manager Constant and effective communication with project stakeholders and clients Manage relationships across client business segments and various functional areas Stay up to date on basic computer skills and best practices, such as word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing Understand Worldgate’s mission, values, and behaviors (The Worldgate Way) and ensure that daily interactions with Worldgate internal and external parties align to Worldgate’s values and behaviors

Bachelor’s degree 3+ years’ experience as a business analyst or project manager on an IT systems project Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced skills in

Microsoft Office Products:

Project, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel Proven meeting facilitator with explicit skills leading productive meetings Experience mentoring, motivating, and leading team members Ability to manage diverse teams and handle multiple business and technology assignments concurrently Ability to break down business processes into complex workflow/business process maps Display effective brainstorming prowess and creativity Advanced skills in Google Cloud Suite products: Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, and Drive. Proficiency in computer skills – word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing

Preferred:

PM certifications are a plus
