Develops the program strategy supporting business case and various enterprisewide high-level project plans. Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope timing and budgets as needed based on the needs of the business. Communicates with IT leadership business leadership and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy direction and changes. Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers. Partners with leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise. Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools. This is a single or multiple incumbents position that typically exists in a small to medium size enterprise with multiple project managers project leaders and/or project support staff as direct or dotted line reports. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science Business Administration or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Project Management certification is required. Typically has 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role and 5-8 years managing projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications

In terms of the scope of the work, it’s very cross functional. A lot of the services we provide, we control some of it, we have to work with other teams to coordinate different work streams together. A lot of the work this year is focused on expanding ability to do things for all aspects. Right now it’s very heavily wifi but we want to make that for all aspects of their service

• Will use confluence, jira and smartsheet day to day
• We are looking for a senior person who is technically savvy, they can develop an accurate plan and have a solid foundation and think about what should come next. They don’t have to be a mobile SME
• Need to be able to manage cross functional teams – they need to be able to work with strong personalities
• Need to be proactive and ability to drive the SDLC
