About the Role We are seeking a seasoned SAP Delivery Lead with a strong background in
SAP MM, SAP
ATTP and S4HANA upgrades to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing SAP projects, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, and a proven track record of successful
S/4 HANA
implementations. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and communication skills to ensure timely and compliant project delivery. Responsibilities Lead SAP MM consultant who has participated in
S/4 HANA
upgrade projects from initiation to completion including
SAP ATTP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders and technical teams. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams and external partners. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP project delivery. Work Model Hybrid – working in the United States What You Need to Have to Be Considered Minimum of 10 years’ experience in SAP project management, with a focus on ATTP and
S/4 HANA
upgrades. Proven experience in leading
S/4 HANA
implementation projects. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
