Role Overview / Day-to-Day
Coordinate multiple project managers, vendors, and stakeholders for integrated ERP delivery
Manage parallel workstreams, master schedule, risks, and change control processes
Oversee documentation: system functionality, support procedures, workflows, permissions
Track vendor deliverables, validate quality, and ensure testing and defect resolution
Lead weekly status reporting, budget tracking, and meeting facilitation
Support user experience design, change management, and agency training readiness
Must Haves
5+ years in IT project management or consulting
Proven experience with large-scale implementations and multi-vendor coordination
Strong communication, time management, and leadership abilities
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Teams, and SharePoint
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations across agencies
Mastery of project documentation practices (RAID logs, RACI matrices, etc.)
Nice to Have
Experience with State or Government projects
Exposure to digital portal and constituent-facing solution implementation
Project Management certification (e.g. PMP)
Familiarity with ERP system configuration and UAT oversight
