Job Description
EPS Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager professional to join our team at Shaw Air Force Base. The Program Manager Contract position plays a key role in ensuring the effective management and oversight of IT systems, infrastructure, and support services. This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in IT operations, program management, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the NOSC IT contract at Shaw Air Force Base, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems and services.
Oversee and coordinate IT support operations, including systems administration, network management, and incident response.
Work closely with the client to ensure that all IT requirements and expectations are met in a timely and effective manner.
Supervise a team of IT professionals and provide leadership, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Manage program budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
Continuously assess and improve processes to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Security Clearance:

Education:
