What You’ll Do As a manager, you’ll begiven end-to-end responsibility for the larger and more complex’modules’ within a BCG project and begin to develop specializedknowledge to help you solve our clients’ problems. You’ll work on avariety of digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills tostrategic digital & technology questions. Working together withclients to understand their issues, you’ll create strategies forchange, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate withfellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance. Givenyour role in leading larger and more complex ‘modules’, you willmanage, support, and coach more junior team members in addition toalso serving as an individual contributor yourself. Our consultantswithin the Tech Advisory & Delivery Chapter are an integral part ofBCG’s core consulting team; we work side-by-side with all practiceareas to create value and competitive advantage for our clients.

You’ll help your clients answer questions such as ‘How will AIdisrupt my business model?’, ‘How can businesses use data andanalytics to create highly personalized outreach delivered througha seamless omnichannel experience?’, ‘How can I ship higher qualitydigital services to my customers faster by using agile?’ and manymore. What You Are Good At Expertise Supporting digital transformation efforts by developing adigital strategy around: Data and digital analytics platforms Cloud infrastructure and technologies Data management capabilities Business IT architecture Software and product management (including Agile ways ofworking) Tech, Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance Experience with a wide breadth of tech / digital offerings,including but not limited to: Developing roadmaps and current state assessments for ITorganizations in large companies across various industries Orchestrating technical program delivery across businessstakeholders, complex vendor landscapes and technologyecosystems IT Benchmarking and recommendations for IT cost take-outinitiatives Developing future state IT vendor landscape, vendorassessments/selections automation, tech cost benefits analysis,eCommerce, platform valuation and design Supporting IT functions during mergers and acquisitions,including the functional and technical transformation of anorganization’s IT department Communicating the differences and benefits between multiplecloud computer providers and strategies for migrating fromon-premise architecture Utilizing working knowledge and experience with GenAI and itspotential use cases and client implications to deliver bothpractical and visionary solutions Optimizing business and IT processes within complex and heavilymatrixed organizations and effectively communicating a path forwardfor clients and internal stakeholders Delivering data and digital platforms using techniques such asAgile, DevSecOps, and Cloud native architectures Packaged softwareexperience Designing and implementing feasibility studies as well asrecommending various software and platform vendor systems and otherpackaged software Considering data and integration related to the business needsand other packaged software Managing large-scale IT projects / programs includingoverseeing quality assurance, deployment and all other key SDLCactivities Written communication Leading the creation of client-specific strategic materials,surfacing key insights gathered from technical experts andobservations Effectively codifying messaging and data into presentablematerials and being comfortable delivering communications output inan efficient manner

BCG’s Culture and Values You Will Bring:

Bachelors or Master degree in information technology, computerscience, economics, supply chain, logistics or system engineering,business management/administration, or relevant field 5-8 years of practical experience in IT consulting,professional software development, product and programimplementation. Preferred experience with at least one of thefollowing: Custom software solutions Ecommerce platforms Cloud platforms SAP Salesforce Oracle (Financials, NetSuite, Fusion, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft,etc.

Preferred Experience:

2+ years of professional consultingexperience in the execution and management of technology orstrategic management consulting at a leading consulting firm Exceptional learning and ramp up skills, especially on ITtopics concerning data and digital platforms with the expectationof mastering and applying the BCG framework for data and digitalplatforms BCG’s client portfolio Excellent communication and presentation skills: Exceptional savviness in navigating potentially challengingsenior stakeholders in sensitive situations High EQ and self-awareness, high index on confidence andpersuasiveness Ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence clients andBCG case leadership teams Outstanding ability to work creatively, autonomously,analytically, in a fast-paced problem-solving environment with afocus on customer and results Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients andBCG teams. At times, this role may involve up to 80% travel toclient sites and BCG offices. The first year base compensation for this role is$190,000 in USD. In addition to your base salary, you will also beeligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG’sProfit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution.
