Full Job Description Job Summary:
ArchWell Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our newly formed IT PMO.. With an extensive backlog of work, there will be a strong expectation of taking on many projects at once. An ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading Business Operational projects, Data Engineering projects, a strong background in project management, and the ability to prioritize while effectively communicating and managing expectations with stakeholders.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Work with product team on intake requirements of new projects Create charter to outline all intake details of the project Understand and effectively apply waterfall and agile methodologies to projects Maintain excellent communication standards by always staying in touch with project team members and stakeholders to keep the project on track to time, cost, and scope Stay on top of RAID by regularly tracking issues and decision points, clearing roadblocks immediately Work with Project team members to identify scope, resource time, associated risks, and more to build out an effective project plan Develop clear status reporting, including reporting automation, Real time Status, Weekly Status, and Executive Updates as agreed upon Utilize appropriate change management procedures to drive and support sustaining change across the organization Work with Portfolio and Project Management Tools in Smartsheet Supporting projects as a designated UAT Tester as needed Support IT PMO leadership in support of PMO maturity efforts
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong Project Management background Excellent facilitation and communication with cross-functional teams (•C-Level a nice to have) Agile and/or SDLC Waterfall Experience Jira or Smartsheet experience would be a plus Understanding and demonstrated application of change management methodologies Demonstrated ability to be flexible and change gears quickly within a startup environment, including when tasks or processes fall outside of normal procedures Ability to work autonomously with little guidance
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in engineering, data warehouse, or clinical data environment setting Bachelors Degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of experience PMI or Agile Certifications preferred but not required Embodies and serves as a role model of
