TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

This is a 12-month contract position working a regular business week, hybrid home/office with 3 of 4 rotating scheduled days Monday-Thursday in office and Friday work from home. Occasionally, based on need, could be up to 5 days in office. Candidates must already reside in Nashville. Job Summary We are seeking motivated Project Coordinator (IT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. The Technical Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring adherence to best practices in project management. Required Skills and Experience Proficiency with Smartsheet software or similar like MS Project, Excel, Jira 2+ years of project coordination or management experience in software delivery or other projects by a team Intermediate level understanding of project management methodologies

• Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and Kanban Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency Assist in identifying resource allocation issues, bottlenecks, process gaps, and opportunities for optimization Assist in coordination of tasks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones Support product managers and senior technical leads with documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication Nice to Have Certification in project management•e.
