Job Description
Description We are looking for a versatile Mobile Developer with hands-on experience in both iOS and Android platforms to support a fast-paced, 6-month new product development initiative. This role involves building a cross-platform mobile application that interfaces with a new hardware device currently under development. You’ll work closely with hardware engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a seamless and innovative mobile experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java). Integrate mobile apps with hardware components using Bluetooth (BLE), sensors, and embedded systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware communication and app performance. Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups. Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing. Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in mobile app development for both iOS and Android. Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, and/or Java. Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and hardware integration. Familiarity with CoreBluetooth, Android Bluetooth APIs, and sensor frameworks. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
