Jacksonville, FL We are looking for a Systems Engineer with deep expertise in managing iOS endpoints within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is ideal for a mobile-first technologist who thrives in designing, building, and optimizing M365 client solutions—especially for Apple devices—within a secure, enterprise-grade environment. You will lead the design and deployment of M365 client applications and policies, with a strong focus on iOS device management using Microsoft Intune and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

OS Device Management:

Lead the implementation and lifecycle management of iOS devices using Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, configuration, and compliance enforcement.

MDM/MAM Strategy & Execution:

Design and manage mobile device and application management (MDM/MAM) strategies for iOS, ensuring seamless integration with M365 services.

Security & Compliance:

Develop and enforce security policies such as Conditional Access, MFA, and DLP tailored for iOS environments, ensuring compliance with standards like GDPR and HIPAA.

Application Deployment:

Package, deploy, and manage M365 and business-critical apps on iOS devices, including updates and decommissioning.

Troubleshooting & Support:

Provide advanced support for iOS-related issues, collaborating with IT support and engineering teams to resolve escalations.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor and fine-tune the performance of iOS device configurations and MDM/MAM policies for stability and efficiency.

Documentation & Enablement:

Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials focused on iOS device usage and management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with security, networking, and application teams to ensure a cohesive and secure mobile experience.
