All-Inclusive Description:

Lead and manage a mobile development team through a 6-week knowledge transfer from an incumbent team. Coordinate with remote team members to ensure smooth delivery and collaboration. Provide hands-on technical leadership in Swift, Kotlin, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, Objective-C, and Java. Guide and support developers on Git workflows, including pull requests and branching strategies. Oversee integration of third-party SDKs and manage app permission flows (location, push notifications, biometrics, etc.). Manage CI/CD pipelines, including Github Actions, and handle deployments to the App Store and Play Store Generate build artifacts using terminal commands for both iOS and Android platforms. Ensure quality through the use of automated testing frameworks such as XCTest, XCUITest, JUnit, and Espresso.

Requirements:

Proven experience leading mobile development teams. Expertise in modern mobile development frameworks and languages. Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, CI/CD, and developer tooling. Solid understanding of App Store / Play Store deployment processes. Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with distributed teams.
