Job Description:

Your role is to workwithin and help lead a multidisciplinary project team. Youcollaborate with other colleagues and support them in order todeliver a high-quality outcomeregardless of the size of theengagementfor the client and Method. You lead the Test Engineeringteam (with support from other domains and as needed from a Manageror Director) to deliver the best possible outcome for the clientand Method. You are a key contributor, playing a central role incharting the project’s direction. You mentor junior and mid-leveltest engineers, helping these Test Engineers develop by providingadvice, coaching, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Youwork as a member of a multidisciplinary team You develop testingsolutions by: Analyzing information needs and creating test dataWrite automated test scripts both mobile and web based Conferringwith users and engineers Studying systems flow, data usage, andwork processes Investigating and understanding problem areasStanding up and maintaining the test automation suite Review testcases and ensure that they align with requirements and haveappropriate coverage. Design test cases and perform various typesof testing such as functional, integration, and end-to-end, onvarious platforms such as mobile devices and web browsers. Supportproject teams in defining suitable quality objectives andacceptance criteria. Participate in code reviews and providefeedback and suggestions to increase quality. Fulfill all theduties of more junior test engineer team members when necessary.

Onsmaller to medium size projects:

You lead the project to ensurequality deliverables, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery Youdefine test direction, test plan, and outcomes to ensure projectsuccess You maintain a leadership and ownership role over thedelivery and coordination of the project, along with yourManager/Director and the entire team You represent and communicatethe project to the client in regard to kickoff, definition,clarifications, status, and updates You proactively guide andassist colleagues, perceiving needs prior to them becoming issuesYou exhibit an inclusive leadership style embracing diversity ofall kinds, including cognitive diversity

Qualifications:

3 years ofexperience in test engineering with automated testing Experiencetesting mobile applications on Android and iOS. Experience withMaestro, Appium or similar tooling for automating browser-basedtests Strong experience using Javascript as primary coding languageExperience working within a team developing software or supportingsoftware development efforts Experience with Postman or other APIautomation frameworks Able to demonstrate automation best practicesExperience with Jira or other test management tools Experienceusing GIT and IDE’s such as VSCode for automation Experiencedeveloping and maintaining an automation framework for mobile orweb applications.
