SmartBarrel provides time tracking hardware and software solutions to contractors across North America. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founding team and help grow the business first hand! About the role We are seeking an innovative and talented Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our team to help grow the SmartBarrel Brand. This role is pivotal in supporting our marketing operations and contributing to the growth of our brand presence. In this role, you will take the lead on the design and development of our website, own our visual identity, and bring our brand to life through graphics, animations, and video. You’ll work closely with our marketing and leadership team to help craft bold, high-converting digital experiences that match the energy and grit of our solution, team, and customers. What you will be doing Design & build pages on the SmartBarrel website using WordPress, Hubspot, and possibly Webflow Create landing pages, microsites, and other digital assets for marketing campaigns Design graphics for assets, webinars, social media, emails, trade shows, and sales enablement Shoot and edit videos for customer stories, product explainers, and paid ads Ensure our visual brand is consistent and bold across all channels Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute high-impact campaigns Take ownership of creative projects from concept to delivery — no handoffs What you’ll need 5+ years experience in marketing, with a strong focus on web and visual design Solid experience with WordPress, Hubspot, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and video editing tools (Premier Pro, Final Cut, Camtasia, or similar) Eye for clean, modern design — and a knack for storytelling through visuals Comfortable working independently and pushing creative boundaries Experience with motion graphics, 3D visuals Based in Miami or willing to work hybrid from our office What do you get in return?
