Content Design Specialist 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 4151 Ashford Dunwoody Road 6th floor, Atlanta, GA 30319 The Content Design Specialist plays a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and compelling sales presentations and proposal graphics that showcase our brand and engage our target audience. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and storytelling, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at translating complex ideas into clear and persuasive visuals. The successful candidate will develop Deal Desk presentation styles and master slides, create and maintain an ABM graphics and deck repository and lead cross-functional teams to develop and curate slides and decks. The Content Design Specialist will train team members on best practices for creating presentations and lead the continuous improvement of our presentation capabilities. The Senior Presentations Specialist will ensure Deal Desk presentations and graphics represent ABM standards of excellence in quality, consistency, and innovation. The ideal candidate applies thoughtful decision-making and a solutions-oriented approach to moving projects forward, ensuring alignment with team objectives, brand standards, and established workflows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and refine the Deal Desk presentation style, style guide, and master slides for visually stunning and engaging presentations, slides and decks that effectively communicate complex ideas, data, and concepts Serve as the Deal Desk subject matter expert on presentation and proposal content design and creation Collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise to understand their presentation and graphics needs and objectives and develop plans to achieve them Collaborate with the Editors and Content Teams to create and manage a content calendar that coincides with the Editorial calendar to develop new slides concurrently with new content Develop and manage the presentation library of templates, graphics, and other assets within our automation software to streamline the presentation creation process Provide guidance to team members on the ABM presentation style and master slide use, with constructive feedback to improve presentation and graphic creation skills Stay current with and train the team on design trends, presentation software, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our presentations Ensure brand consistency and adherence to style guidelines in all presentations
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field 4+ years in design with 2+ years leading proposal/presentation responses, preferably in a corporate setting Expert or near-expert proficiency in PowerPoint Strong design skills with a deep understanding of layout, typography, and color Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite, Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience working in Salesforce and Qvidian a plus Experience training and mentoring other team members a plus Additional requirements Project management – PMT, Qvidian, Salesforce SME relationship management About Us ABM (
