This entry-level role is ideal for a versatile and motivated designer who is eager to work at the intersection of emerging technologies and brand storytelling, contributing to everything from campaign production to content creation for e-commerce and digital marketing. Specific Responsibilities Produce brand-aligned design deliverables including web banners, social media graphics, photo retouching, presentation decks, and basic print collateral. Use generative AI and automation tools (e.g., image synthesis, layout generators, copy tools) to assist in producing creative assets at scale. Collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager, AI & 3D Design to support the testing, refinement, and implementation of emerging tools and technologies. Help maintain consistency in visual language and uphold brand standards across projects. Support pre- and post-production needs in creative workflows including file setup, retouching, resizing, versioning, and quality assurance. Partner with copywriters, photographers, stylists, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life across digital and physical touchpoints. Assist with studio operations and asset organization, including uploads to content management systems and internal asset libraries. Participate in team check-ins, creative reviews, and feedback sessions to continually learn and grow. Other duties as required by the role and business units. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field. 2 years of professional experience in a design or production environment, internship experience considered. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or other digital design tools a plus. Interest in generative AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Chat
GPT, DALL
•E) and a willingness to learn. Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive attitude. A creative thinker with a growth mindset and an eagerness to explore new tools and design techniques. Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment with shifting priorities. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Suite and Artificial Intelligence Tools.
