CONTENT CREATOR

We’re looking for a talented and creative team member to help tell the story of our work—through images, video, graphics, and words. This role focuses on content creation for both print and digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on social media storytelling, photography, and graphic design. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Principals, and project teams to create unique and authentic visual content — capturing the essence of our projects, people, and culture in ways that are visually compelling and aligned with our brand identity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Social Media Storytelling

• Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms that showcases our projects, process, people, and culture in a way that’s fresh, clear, and on-brand Photography & Video
• Capture and edit short-form video and still photography to support social and web content Graphic Design
• Design visuals for print and digital use—social posts, internal collateral, project graphics, and branded templates Content Creation
• Help write and shape clear, engaging captions and narratives that align with our tone of voice and visual identity Collaboration
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and design teams to plan and produce content that supports firmwide marketing goals Marketing
• Assist in marketing efforts in including creating collateral, coordinating RFP’s and RFQs, Awards Submissions, and photoshoots.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Photography, or a related field 2-5 years of professional experience in content creation, graphic design, marketing, or social media Experience creating and managing content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms Experience with photography and video—comfortable shooting and editing both still and motion content Strong graphic design skills an proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and other relevant software. Working knowledge of social media scheduling and tracking tools Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and brand alignment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills A passion for design and architecture is highly desirable.
