Description:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Specialist tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible forrebranding training materials, presentations, and other content.

This role involves creating AI videos for various short training ororientation needs, as well as taking and editing professionalphotographs and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Rebrand and redesign training materials, presentations, and othercontent to align with our new brand identity. Create engaging AI videos for training and orientationpurposes. Capture high-quality professional photographs and videos. Edit and enhance photographs and videos to meet projectrequirements. Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to ensureconsistency and quality in all materials. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in creativedesign and multimedia production.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in creative design, video production, andphotography. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) andvideo editing tools. Experience with AI video creation tools. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, Design or related field. Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Proficiency in training software and tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivatedand disciplined to meet deadlines in the context of competingpriorities and projects; lead and work effectively withcross-functional teams Fluent English as well, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Graphic Design:

Proficiency in creating visually compelling and interactivetraining materials. Expertise in video editing and multimedia creation using AdobeAfter Effects. Skilled in photography and videography, including aerialphotography using drones.

Industrial Design:

Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation using tools such as 3DSMAX, INVENTOR, and VRAY. Ability to create detailed and accurate 3D models for trainingpurposes. Capacity to create videos from footage collected at sites,showcasing real-world applications and scenarios.

Instructional Design:

Experience in eLearning creation and implementation. Ability to design effective and engaging training programs thatmeet the needs of diverse learners. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructionaldesign methodologies. Experience using AI tools like Synthesia to create instructionalvideos.

Notes:

Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week.

Hybrid:

2 days min in office, other days working from home.
