Visual Designer Position Available In New York, New York

Description We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New York, New York. This role is ideal for a creative individual who excels in designing visually compelling content and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to shape brand identities through innovative designs and presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Create advertisements and digital content that align with brand standards and enhance brand awareness.
• Develop presentation decks and prepare visually engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize AutoCAD to develop technical drawings and designs for various projects.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure designs meet project goals and deadlines.
• Apply AP Style guidelines to ensure consistency in design and written content.
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Adapt designs to suit various platforms, both digital and print.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into design processes.
• Conduct research and provide insights to enhance the effectiveness of visual communication strategies. Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with AutoCAD and technical drawing for design projects.
• Strong understanding of brand awareness and the ability to create designs that reflect brand identity.
• Familiarity with AP Style guidelines to maintain consistency in design and written content.
• Proven ability to create advertisements and digital content for diverse platforms.
• Expertise in preparing presentation decks and visually compelling materials.
• Solid knowledge of both digital and print design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
