This Network Engineer/Architect Position Features:

Great Base Pay to $105K, depending on experience Responsible for the design and development of Service Provider andData Communications networks. Responsible for translating businessrequirements into specific network systems or process designs forvery large complex/Service Provider network solutions andintegrating architecture. Lead global network infrastructuredesign, optimization, documentation, and QoS design/implementationprojects. This individual should be a highly qualified withup-to-date hands-on skills, with the ability to design and developa full range of network-based product offerings involving datacenter services, service provider infrastructure, storage,security, etc Global Network Architecture, Design and Documentation (50%) Global Network Tuning and Performance Monitoring (25%) Global Network Security Architecture and Design (15%) Cross Training Departmental Team Members (5%) Other duties as assigned by Teamleader (5%)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or similartechnical field; or 12 years of equivalent directly relatedexperience Ten (10) Years? Experience Managing LAN/WAN hardware equipmentincluding routers, switches, load balancer and wireless networkequipment Eight (8) Years? Professional experience in networking with expertknowledge of OSI Layer-1, 2 and 3 including LAN switches, routers,general TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS and associatedprotocols. Five (5) Years? Experience in system design specification,prototyping, and testing of high-capacity networking systems Five (5) Years? Experience at an ISP or large global networkprovider Five (5) Years? Experience designing and testing core switching,routing, or application delivery platforms for ISP topologies Five (5) Years? Experience in Network Operations and Monitoring fora 24X7 environment Five (5) Years? Experience in network monitoring and long termtrending of SLA, performance and sizing metrics Cisco CCNP and/or CCIE certifications a must.
