Senior Network Engineer Position Available In Broward, Florida
Tallo's Job Summary: The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for network planning, architecture, and design, including redundancy and infrastructure. They will work with partners and clients to establish BGP peerings, develop route-policies, and provision circuits based on customer needs. A Bachelor's Degree in Science in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science, along with 5 years of networking experience, or 10 years of networking experience, and Cisco certification are required.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Along with team, responsible for network planning, core architecture and new designs. Design redundancy for network and infrastructure Document, design, develop, and test network infrastructure Work with major providers, partners and clients to establish BGP peerings and routing policies. Develop and templatize effective and holistic inter- and intra-AS route-policies network-wide. Work with clients and Sales Engineering to provision MEF-style circuits based on customer requirements. Design network architecture in support of various services and products for internal and external clients Submit periodic reports analyzing state of network identifying vulnerabilities and capacity deficiencies Forecast future network traffic and identify budget for resources needed to keep up with growth Perform regular operation and maintenance on core infrastructure Consult with team leaders, mangers and stakeholders to gather and review requirements, and create functional specifications Part of on-call rotation Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Participate in second-level (backup) on-call rotation. Other duties as assigned.

Enterprises or:
At least 10-years’ experience in networking for Service Providers or medium-to-large Enterprises Cisco certification (current or expired) Extensive knowledge with networking protocols, network design principles and best practices
