Essential Duties/Accountabilities Actively monitor and tune ERP applications to ensure they are running at peak performance. Provide comprehensive support for integrated web services and Lansa applications. Collaborate with business analysts to convert business requirements into technical specifications and develop effective implementation strategies. Requirements:
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3-5 years of experience in System administration, specifically on IBM Power Series (AS/400) platforms. Previous exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience working with an ERP system for a distributor, retail or manufacturing company. Required Skills and Abilities Proficiency in CLP, and SQL. Strong understanding of DB2 databases and data access optimization. Excellent analytical skills for effective problem-solving. Experience in modernizing legacy RPG applications is required. Extensive experience supporting IBM iSeries integrated web services.
