Core WebLogic Skills:

WebLogic Server Administration:

Installation, configuration, monitoring, patching, and performance tuning of WebLogic Server environments.

Application Deployment:

Deploying and managing applications packaged as EARs, WARs, and JARs.

Clustering and Domains:

Understanding and configuring WebLogic clusters and domains.

Performance Tuning:

Optimizing WebLogic server performance through heap size configuration, thread dump analysis, and other techniques.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving issues related to WebLogic server, applications, and related infrastructure.

Security:

Configuring security realms, SSL certificates, and implementing security best practices.
WebLogic Scripting Tool (WLST):
Using WLST for automating tasks and managing WebLogic environments.

Related Technologies & Skills:

Java EE:

Understanding the Java EE (Enterprise Edition) specifications and how they relate to WebLogic applications.

Scripting:

Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Shell for automation and monitoring.

Databases:

Knowledge of database concepts, including JDBC connections and data sources within WebLogic.
