We are seeking a skilled Automation/Controls Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation systems and controls for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, and will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the reliability of our automated systems. Key Responsibilities Design and implement automation systems including PLC, HMI, and SCADA configurations.
Develop and optimize control algorithms for various processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions within existing processes.
Conduct testing and validation of automation systems to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
Create and maintain documentation for control systems and processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in automation and control systems design.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and HMI visualization tools.
Familiarity with SCADA systems and their implementation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
