Job Description

WMS Analyst – Ambient Network & 3PL Support 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Bradenton, FL 34208 Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly driven and analytical WMS Analyst to support the deployment and optimization of our Ambient product portfolio across our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners . This role will be key in ensuring seamless Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations, driving operational excellence, and leveraging data to streamline and improve KPI performance tracking across the network. As the dedicated WMS Analyst for our Ambient supply chain, you will act as the primary liaison between our logistics partners, internal operations teams, and IT—ensuring systems are fully aligned with business objectives and executing strategies to improve visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead WMS setup, configuration, and enhancement initiatives focused on Ambient product flows within 3PL environments. Ensure smooth system integration and functionality across third-party sites, supporting both go-live and stabilization phases. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track and analyze key KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, pick rates, fill rates, dwell times). Partner with 3PLs to drive data-driven operational improvements , identifying trends and delivering actionable insights. Support and troubleshoot WMS issues—hardware/software—including handheld scanners, RF units, label printers, and system connectivity. Manage and track CSAR tickets (user access, technical issues), ensuring timely resolutions and consistent communication with stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams to align system functionality with supply chain strategies and performance expectations. Lead the education and upskilling of end-users on WMS tools, functions, and reporting capabilities. Provide coverage for Operations Manager as needed, including reporting and day-to-day operational support. Translate ambiguous business needs into structured initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, and service-level improvements .

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven Knowledge of Supply Chain, plant and/or warehouse operations. Expertise in JDA/Red Prairie, Manhattan, SAP, or other Supply Chain Software systems (e.g., WMS, WFM, TMS, Rebus) both as functional and technical analyst is highly desirable Strong skills in SQL for querying, data mining, and building custom reports to support decision-making. Familiarity with common KPIs in warehousing/logistics and how to derive them from operational data. Solid troubleshooting abilities, both technical and operational; able to navigate cross-functional challenges. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—especially in a remote 3PL environment. Willingness to travel and provide after-hours/weekend support when needed. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
