Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled contractor to lead the migration,upgrade, and general configuration of ForcePoint platform. Theideal candidate will have extensive experience with ForcePointsolutions and a strong background in network security. In additionto the initial migration, configuration, and upgrade, they may beneeding this person available to support the existing team of 4with ongoing maintenance, training, etc. on ForcePoint- the team isgeneralists so this person will be the SME that will assist. Thisperson will work simultaneous to the ForeScout SME. What is ForcePoint? Forcepoint is a cybersecurity company that offers products toprotect data in various environments, including the cloud, web,email, network, and endpoints. It focuses on Data Loss Prevention(DLP) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions, aiming tosecure data and prevent breaches. Forcepoint also provides serviceslike Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Data Security Posture Management(DSPM) to enhance data security.

Responsibilities:

Migration and Upgrade:

Plan and execute themigration to the latest version of ForcePoint. Perform gradual upgrades to ensure minimal disruption and verifyproper functionality Backup and restore configurations as needed.

Configuration:

Configure ForcePoint to meet organizational securitypolicies and compliance requirements. Implement network segmentation, VLANs, and access control lists(ACLs) to enhance security Integrate ForcePoint with existing network infrastructure andsecurity tools

Testing and Validation:

Conduct thorough testing to ensure seamlessintegration and operation. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the deployment andoperation of

ForcePoint Documentation and Support:

Develop and maintain technicaldocumentation, including design documents, configuration guides,and operational procedures Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including updates,patches, and upgrades

Requirements:

Proven experience with ForcePoint Strong background in network security and cybersecurity. Experience with network segmentation, VLANs, and ACLs. Ability to develop and execute detailed project plans andtimelines. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation skills.
