Contract in Doral, Florida. The Junior Computer Analyst (NOC) provides entry-level support for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructure. This role supports 24/7 operations and works under the supervision of senior analysts and engineers to ensure the availability, performance, and security of network and system resources.

Responsibilities:

Monitor network, server, and application health using NOC tools and dashboards Respond to alerts, incidents, and service interruptions by following established procedures Escalate unresolved or critical issues to senior staff according to escalation guidelines Document incident details, actions taken, and resolution steps in the ticketing system Perform basic troubleshooting of switches, routers, firewalls, and other infrastructure components Maintain logs, shift reports, and handoff documentation for 24/7 coverage Support routine system checks, patching coordination, and preventive maintenance tasks Assist with asset tracking, cable management, and inventory tasks as needed Communicate status updates clearly to stakeholders and team leads Follow all security and operational guidelines for handling sensitive information and systems Provides Tier 1 troubleshooting for network incidents, diagnosing and resolving issues related to connectivity, hardware, and software failures

Required:

Highschool diploma or equivalent 0-3 years of experience in IT help desk, support, or monitoring environment Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc.) Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Desired:

Associate’s degree in related field Experience working in a 24×7 operational environment Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, SCOM, Splunk) Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) Basic scripting or automation knowledge CompTIA Network+

Clearance:

Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a

TS/SCI Certification:

DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role CompTIA Security+
