•This position will be located in CHANDLER, AZ and requires all work to be performed onsite. Responsibilities Prepares test procedures and documentation to be used from initial design phase through production. Ability to troubleshoot moderate to complex IP networks, which requires in-depth understanding of the ISO layers of IP networking as well as familiarity with routers, switches, and standard IP protocol analyzers. Reports, tracks and monitors product performance, capabilities, and defects. Writes technical reports and develops charts, graphs, and schematics to describe and illustrate system’s operating characteristics, malfunctions, deviations from design specifications, and functional limitations. Creation and setup of test fixtures. Ability to create, interpret, modify programming source code in multiple languages for automated test software. Requirements Top Secret Clearance Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field expertise is required. Minimum 4 + years of experience in Ethernet network systems with routers and switches. Minimum 2+ years of experience in programming; C/C++, Python and Java preferred. Knowledge in Ethernet, TCP/IP Protocols, VLAN, QoS, Managed Ethernet Switches and Routers. Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCDP, CCIE), or equivalent is desirable. Familiar with network test equipment, IP traffic analyzers such as Spirent TestCenter and Wireshark, is a plus. Education Minimum of a four year degree in Electrical Engineering from a university.
