On-Site position Responsibilities Management of Layer 2 and 3 protocols including routers andswitches. Focus on sustaining the necessary data throughput rate bymonitoring network activity to mitigate performance problems. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot connectivity for the FTE’sNetwork Infrastructure including campus, roadside, backbone, LAN,Walk-in Centers, partner networks and third-party connectivity. Review FTE’s network architecture and design including failovercapabilities and recommend changes to optimize performance andreliability. Implement and oversee network security measures, including accesscontrols, segmentation, and disaster recovery plans, ensuringcompliance with organizational policies and regulatorystandards. Leverage SolarWinds to create dashboards to monitor the NetworkInfrastructure and proactively troubleshoot performance, connectivity including managementreporting dashboards. Monitor and deploy patches and updates to all networkinfrastructure routers, switches, firewalls, and other supportingequipment. Participate and support Network and Security Operations team indesigning Cloud architecture. This includes capacity, failover,stability, and security design. Maintain accurate inventory controls supporting FTE’s networkinfrastructure. Develop and maintain network infrastructure diagrams and depict anychanges along with associated documentation including changecontrol approvals. Assist the SRCO team with investigation, triage forensic analysis,and evidence preservation regarding cybersecurity events. Ensure compliance with established standards, polices,configuration guidelines established by SRCO and Industry bestpractices such as NIST.

Education:
- Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
- Must have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with: o Layer 2/3 routing protocols including troubleshooting complexissues. o Deployment and management of routers and switches o Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructures such as AWS,Azure platforms
- Must have 5 to 7 years’ experience with Unix (RedHat), Windows,VMWare, and other platforms
