Responsibilities:
Manage Layer 2/3 protocols and optimize data throughput.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity across client s infrastructure.
Recommend and implement improvements to network architecture and failover.
Enforce network security, access controls, and disaster recovery compliance.
Use SolarWinds for monitoring and reporting.
Manage patches/updates for network equipment.
Contribute to secure cloud architecture design.
Maintain inventory, documentation, and network diagrams.
Support cybersecurity investigations and ensure NIST compliance.
Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
5 7 years of experience in routing, switching, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
Experience with Unix, Windows, and VMWare platforms.
Certifications:
CCNA and CCDA (required), CCIE (preferred).
