Description + Support infrastructure operations including virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery systems. + Design and implement VPNs, switches, firewalls, routers, and wireless networks. + Work with IT to plan, install, and modify hardware and software to meet department needs. + Perform diagnostics, system monitoring, and resolution of hardware and network issues. + Contribute to documentation, procurement planning, and evaluations of new technology.
