Branch Implementation Analyst 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 710 Carillon Pkwy, Saint Petersburg, FL 33716 Job Description This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month. Candidates may be required to work non-standard shifts, including nights and weekends, and may have on-call responsibilities.
Job Summary:
Lead and execute the planning, implementation, and completion of branch related projects, ensuring timely and efficient results. Oversee site analysis, design, and deployment of voice and data equipment, managing vendors, contracts, and construction phases. Operate in a high capital risk environment, making data driven recommendations to optimize processes and resolve issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement network infrastructure, including configuring routers, VPNs, wireless access points, data switches, and cloud telephony systems. Oversee the installation of services, manage vendor activity, and ensure compliance with legal and environmental standards. This role will involve travel typically around 20% – 35% to support branch openings, relocations, and implementation projects Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
IP Networking knowledge is a preferred Experience with Project management Experience with configuration, installation, engineering Experience writing, analyzing and interpreting complex technical configuration documents Experience with Palo Alto environments Stratacloud is a plus Experience with Zoom telephony and configurations Experience with Cisco data networking environment Experience with Carrier network services for voice and data Experience troubleshooting on data and voice equipment and services (MPLS, SIP, PRI)
Licenses/Certifications:
None required Technical certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, Zoom) are a plus
