: Under general supervision, provide technical software, hardware andnetwork problem resolution to all Insurance AdministrativeSolutions, LLC computer users. Requires experience in developingrequirements and coordinating projects; excellent communicationskills, and some design knowledge. Requires 3 to 5 years of LAN/WANand Voice Experience. The job requires problem diagnosis andresolution in a call center and infrastructure environment. The jobrequires the ability to clearly communicate technical solutions ina user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-usertraining as needed; assist System team members on Network and voicerelated issues; troubleshoot network printer problems; pass morecomplex end-user problems on to Vendor maintenance support; conducthardware and software inventory database maintenance and reporting;and perform related work as required.
