An insurance company in Clearwater, Florida has an immediateneed for a Network / Voice Engineer for their call centeroperations. In this position the successful applicant should be able to:
- Successfully identify and resolve problems involving VoIP,Network, Internet, Firewalls, servers, computer technology for acall center environment
- Install new hardware, systems, and software for networks asrequired
- Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment anddevices
- Monitors system performance and implements performancetuning.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus,anti-spam.
- Oversee software and network security
Requirements:
- CCNA Required
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or InformationTechnology
- Knowledge of Windows, Cisco Systems, Unix, Linux, and Novell
- 3-5 years maintaining LAN and WAN Cisco networks
