- Automation & Infrastructure Support, you’ll: Own Tier II/III tickets escalated from our Help Desk.
Design and deploy automation—PowerShell, batch, and cmd—through our RMM platform. Complete quarterly follow-up tasks from client business reviews (e.g., Conditional Access policies, MFA rollouts). Champion customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with every client you help. Primary Responsibilities Tier II/III Escalation Support
- Diagnose and resolve escalated support tickets, ensuring root-cause fixes and top-tier customer experience. Scripting & Automation
- Write, test, and maintain PowerShell, batch, and cmd scripts to automate patching, software deployment, remediation, and reporting via our RMM. Quarterly Governance Tasks
- After each Quarterly Business Review, implement and verify security measures such as Conditional Access rules, MFA enforcement, and other CA or compliance-driven changes. Software Deployment
- Perform silent installs, updates, and removals of business-critical software across diverse environments. Network & Infrastructure Troubleshooting
- Resolve LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues; assist with server and cloud (Microsoft 365/Azure) tasks. Security & Compliance
- Help deploy technical controls that align with HIPAA, CMMC, PCI, and other frameworks. Documentation & Collaboration
- Produce clear internal KBs and automation runbooks; mentor Tier I/II techs to raise the team’s skill level. Key Qualities Automation-Minded
