$38.8K – $46K a year 12 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Mid-level 3 years Associate’s degree Full Job Description This position is responsible for: Responding to requests for Support Center interventions to assist CRM users with their work processes in CRM. Thoroughly knows the CRM product and can relate that knowledge to users who are in a variety of stages of knowledge and capacity to accurately use the CRM. Provides basic levels of remote training to CRM users across the Southern Territory at the Corps, Area Command, Divisional Headquarters, and Territorial Headquarters levels those needs in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepared to guide a user/client through a problem-solving process. Gains feedback from users as to the resolution of the issue and their satisfaction with the interaction. Provides documentation as requested about user satisfaction and interactions. Suggest improvements to the Support Center function, materials, and resources. Communicates consistently with the SCS to provide CRM users with updates, system use or functionality issues, report concerns, and provide a timeline, as soon as possible, for the resolution of same.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Manual dexterity Ability to sit, walk, and stand on a frequent change basis in order to perform the duties of this position. Ability to lift objects weighing between 25-50 lbs. Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
