Description
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation professional to join our dynamic team in the Financial Services industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bolstering the quality assurance processes of our software development life cycle. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. As part of a collaborative environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to guarantee that our financial solutions are efficient, reliable, and secure. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for new and existing applications.
Collaborate with software development teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
Analyze test results, provide feedback, and recommend improvements to development teams.
Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and tools to ensure their effectiveness.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate defect management tools.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software quality assurance and automated testing.
Strong proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python for test automation.
Experience in the Financial Services sector or with financial applications is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
