Role Overview:

We are hiring a Field Engineer to join our dynamic Delivery team! If you have 3+ years of experience installing and commissioning

DWDM/RAN/IP

equipment, and you’re passionate about site engineering and fieldwork, we want to hear from you.
We are seeking skilled Field Resource, with a preference for Optical Installers, to join our dynamic team. Candidates with IP Networking or RAN experience will also be considered. This role involves extensive company paid domestic travel, several weeks at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

Install DWDM equipment and perform fiber testing (OTDR, BER). Collaborate with remote teams for commissioning and testing. Manage site activities, customer coordination, and network handovers. Extensive travel across project sites (company-paid).

Requirements:

Technical degree with hands-on DWDM installation experience (Nokia, Ciena, Cisco, Juniper preferred). Strong CLI, fiber testing, and network troubleshooting skills. Certifications in networking/telecom a plus. Ability to work independently with high energy and flexibility.
