The M365 Engineer will play a crucial role in the design,implementation, and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 (M365)environment. This individual will work closely withcross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of M365services, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overallsuccess of our global IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunitythoroughly before making an application. Design and implement advanced M365 solutions, including but notlimited to Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, andSecurity & Compliance features. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understandrequirements and translate them into scalable and efficient M365solutions. Lead migrations and upgrades of M365 services, ensuring minimalimpact on end-users and business operations. Provide third-level support for M365-related incidents,troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain a stableand secure environment. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, andMicrosoft 365 updates to recommend and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field.
Microsoft Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate,Microsoft 365
Certified:
Messaging Administrator Associate, orequivalent certifications. Proven experience 7+ years working with Microsoft 365 in enterpriseenvironments, with a focus on design and implementation. I thinkthis should be reduced to 3-5 years as M365 was still fairly newand not nearly as used 7 years ago Expertise in configuring and managing Exchange Online, SharePointOnline, OneDrive, Teams, and related services. In-depth knowledge of M365 security and compliance features. Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation andadministration tasks. Using these skills in a Devops role is a must- This should be moved more towards the top of the list Experience with M365 migration projects, including hybridenvironments. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively across teams. Familiarity with ITIL practices and project managementmethodologies.

Microsoft Certified:
Security, Compliance, andIdentity Fundamentals. Experience with third-party M365 management tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related services. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards relevant to theindustry. Experience with Github and script repositories Power BI experience, generating usage and other various reportsthrough Power BI
