We are hiring a Network Security Architect to lead the strategic design and implementation of secure network environments. In this role, you will manage next-generation firewall deployments, ensure secure access across networks, and lead efforts to monitor, respond to, and prevent cyber threats.
This role is a keystone position in a renowned Financial Services provider, so experience in the same industry is ideal, but not required. The heart of this role is the ability to configure and maintain Palo Alto firewalls, analyze and respond to security logs, enforce granular security policies, coordinate with SecOps teams on vulnerability management, and ensure seamless and secure connectivity across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments. The Network team this Architect will guide will work hybrid from Atlanta, Georgia.
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive PaloAlto background (5+ years)
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including SOX, GLBA, or PCI-DSS
Experience with security technologies like Palo Alto, NSX-T, Proofpoint, CyberArk, and MoveIT
Desired Skills & Experience
Ability to bridge strategic planning with technical implementation
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Previous leadership in Financial Services/banking organization
