Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group Inc has animmediate opening for a Network Engineer for one of ourSoutheastern regional MSP to provide remote support to theirclients. The qualified individual will monitor, manage and supportclient technologies through various tools and systems. Primaryfocus is on networking, routing, firewalls, wireless, and VoIPtroubleshooting and remediation. This is an escalation positionwithin the department for tickets that need a senior networkresource. Additionally, this position will assist in networkproject deployment and remote set up and configuration. Requirements Four (4) years of hands-on working experience supporting hardware,and software relating to switches, routers, AP’s, firewalls andVoIP phones. Experience working with third party vendors, contractors, andproviders to assist customers with service outages. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborativeenvironment. Hands on network equipment support. Current CCNA and/or CCDA certification a plus Windows Server experience: 2012 and above a plus

No C2C Candidates willbe considered as client will not provide sponsorship Job Duties Maintain a thorough understanding of the basics behind the Internetand its workings (DNS, Security, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, EmailRouting, SPAM, etc.) Configure and setup SonicWall, Fortinet and Cisco Firewalls, VPNConcentrators and Security appliances for access to vital businessapplications. Design, setup and configure Dell, Aruba, Ruckus and Ubiquiticomplex switching environments. Design, setup and configure Aruba, Ruckus and Ubiquiti complexwireless networking that supports open or secured access and theability to support voice and video applications. Maintain a thorough understanding of Local Area Networking Assist in the design of multi-server environments including IPaddress schemes, DNS, Ether-Channel (Bonding), etc. Configuring and installing client and server network software forupgrading and maintaining network and telecommunicationsystems. Maintaining multi-site network operations and softwareapplications, operating systems, and regular maintenance with bothprivate and public facilities Managing assigned projects and program components to deliverservices in accordance with established objectives. Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, serviceproviders, site personnel and outside vendors etc. to providetechnical assistance and support. Supervising the administration of systems and servers relatednetworks to ensure availability of services to authorizedusers. Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and softwareapplications, telephones, and security systems to resolveoperational issues and restore services. Any other related duties as assigned by management. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve business applications andsystems performance, connectivity, and related problems. Provide escalated technical analysis to clients to include generaltroubleshooting, logging, analysis, and various systemsettings. Assist other departments with technical assistance and informationas needed. Contribute to the career development of junior staff throughmentoring and training.
