Description:
- Manage network management solutions for a global network infrastructure.
- Provide fault and performance monitoring services for internal teams.
- Design, deploy, and administer network management tools.
- Evaluate and integrate new monitoring solutions.
- Automate tool administration and integrate with other systems.
- Collaborate with network teams to implement monitoring standards.
- Document tool architecture and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fault and performance monitoring for network health and capacity.
- Design and deploy network management solutions.
- Administer and provide operational support for network tools.
- Evaluate and integrate new network monitoring solutions.
- Automate administration of network tools.
- Conduct tooling audits and coordinate with vendors for updates.
- Document architecture and procedures for network tools.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience with network management tools for large-scale deployments.
- Understanding of network management protocols and enterprise infrastructure services.
- Experience with network products for orchestration, alert, and performance management.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for data collection and processing.
- Experience with RedHat Linux server administration and support.
- Knowledge of network packet capture and flow technologies.
- Experience configuring network devices and understanding routing and security protocols.
- Proficiency with analytical tools and data extraction.
